Delivery times may vary depending on order volume, your location, carrier delays, and other factors outside of our control.

Please note that processing and shipping do not take place on weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday through Friday. During periods of high demand, orders may take a little longer to process and deliver.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please keep in mind that tracking updates may take a few days to appear or refresh as your package moves through shipping facilities.

Yes! Simply remove the heartbeat module before cleaning. We recommend hand washing the plush with mild soap and allowing it to air dry completely before reinserting the heartbeat module.
